We are currently unable to accept Medicaid. Medicaid subscribers should call +1 (800) 231-1127 in order to access their mental health benefits.

Payment

All Major Credit Cards are accepted as forms of payment including Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts and or Checks.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or re-schedule at least 48-business hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged full fee / insurance rate of the session (rates vary by insurance).

 

Typically, if we can coordinate a day/time to reschedule for same week clients can still be seen for the week and avoid fee *contingent client and clinician can coordinate schedules for a re-schedule for same week.
